Mipa Coagulant effectively coagulates waterborne paint from spray gun cleaning waste so shops can reduce and easily dispose of this waste in an environmentally responsible manner.
Directions:
Mipa Coagulate is a powder - add approx. 2 or 3 scoops (approx. 80 g) per 10 litres of waste water. Make sure to disperse thoroughly by stirring briefly. The solids will start to coagulate after a short period and can then be separated from the liquid by using a filter. If after 15 mins the waste water has not become clear then apply more powder. The coagulated residue of paint must be disposed of in the same way as solvent-borne paint waste. The clear, remaining water can be reused for cleaning or can be discharged into the public sewage system subject to local waste-water regulations. When you are not sure, consult the competent local authorities.
